Lost or Damaged Items – Terms and Conditions

1. Compensation Policy (No Full Refunds)

M&N Breakthrough Cargo operates a compensation-only policy.
We do not provide full refunds for lost or damaged items under any circumstances.

Any compensation paid will be partial, assessed fairly, and strictly limited in accordance with this policy.

2. Fixed Compensation Cap

The maximum compensation payable is £100 or less per shipment, regardless of the item’s market value.

Compensation is based on:

Declared value (if any)

Nature and condition of the goods

Assessment outcome


Under no circumstances shall compensation exceed £100 or the shipping cost paid (whichever is lower).

3. Inspection & Reporting

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

Any loss or damage must be reported before signing the delivery confirmation.

Claims reported after acceptance may be declined.

4. Packaging Responsibility

M&N Breakthrough Cargo shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by:

Improper or inadequate packaging provided by the customer

Undeclared fragile items

5. Excluded Items

No compensation will be paid for:

Cash, jewelry, documents, phones, laptops, or other valuables unless agreed in writing

Perishable goods

Prohibited or restricted items

6. Delays & External Causes

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by:

Customs inspections or clearance delays

Natural disasters or force majeure events

Government actions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control

7. Claims Procedure

All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Claims must include relevant supporting documents (receipts, photos, etc.).

Failure to comply may result in claim rejection.

8. Assessment & Final Decision

All claims are subject to investigation.
M & N Breakthrough Cargo reserves the sole right to:

Decide the amount of compensation payable, if any

By using our services, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms, including the £100 maximum compensation cap and no full-refund policy.
